In further development of Exact Online HR / Officient, we focus on strengthening our strengths. So an even better user experience and even better integrations with social secretariats. An even better fit with SMEs and SMBs.
- Which tip do you have for organizations that are looking for new HR technology?
Often, HR departments try to realise their HR dream. Performance management should be done based on competences belonging to functions. And workflows should allow for all the exceptions that are conceived. The practice of HR does not take place in the HR department but in operations between manager and employee. These often do not go along with the HR dream and deal much more practically with performance management and workflows. SME organisations already think so pragmatically by nature. We also advise all organisations to keep their HR simple. Then everyone understands it, everyone enjoys working with it and you don't exclude applications on the basis of little-used functionality in practice.
