And yet, it\u2019s the #1 success factor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What Often Gets Forgotten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Assuming change will just \u201chappen\u201d after go-live<\/li>\n<li>Offering just one training session (and calling it done)<\/li>\n<li>Leaving managers out of the story<\/li>\n<li>Dismissing resistance \u2014 or worse, ignoring it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What Actually Works<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Start with the \u2018why\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Why are we doing this? What\u2019s in it for the organization \u2014 and for employees?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keep it practical<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Give people what they need, when they need it. Think short videos, simple FAQs, a friendly chat function.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Get managers on board<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 If they don\u2019t use the system or take it seriously, neither will their teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Celebrate small wins<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Share stories from teams who are using it well. That energy spreads.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Don\u2019t Forget the Emotional Side<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Change isn\u2019t just rational. It\u2019s about habits, behavior, and uncertainty. Listening, empathy, and support make the difference between resistance and real adoption.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Final Thought<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can implement the best tech in the world \u2014 but without real change management, it\u2019s just a shiny tool. Change isn\u2019t a nice-to-have. It\u2019s the engine.
